Methodology
Accuracy in the transfer market requires precise language. LibraryGroovs uses a strict classification system for all data entries to ensure transparency.
Transfer Status Definitions
Every file in our archive is assigned one of the following statuses based exclusively on our fixed data snapshot:
Confirmed
Officially completed or announced according to the fixed data. These deals have crossed the line, paperwork is finalized, and announcements have been made.
Rumored
Reported but not confirmed according to the fixed data. These entries exist in the market conversation but lack finalized signatures or official club statements.
Monitoring
Tracked but unresolved according to the source data. Applies to situations where a club has identified a target but formal moves remain speculative.
Advanced
Negotiation in progress according to the source data. Clubs or representatives are actively engaged in resolving terms.
Rejected
Explicitly ruled out in the source data. Either an offer was formally declined, or the player/club withdrew from negotiations.
Data Limitations
We do not assign statuses that are not supported by the fixed data. If a deal is missing a specific deadline date, probability percentage, or fee in our records, that information is intentionally omitted rather than estimated.
